Academic dishonesty:
Disruptive behavior:
Any behavior that disrupts the learning environment or interferes with the rights of others, such as excessive noise, fighting, or harassment.
Substance abuse:
Possession or use of drugs or alcohol on campus, or attending classes or events while under the influence.
Violence or threats:
Any form of physical violence, threats of violence, intimidation, or harassment directed at others.
Destruction of property:
Intentional damage to college property or the property of others.
Theft:
Stealing or unauthorized possession of college property or the property of others.
Unauthorized access:
Unauthorized entry into restricted areas, unauthorized use of college resources or facilities, or unauthorized access to computer systems or data.
Violation of college policies:
Violation of any other college policies or regulations, including those related to residence halls, parking, and use of facilities.
Sexual misconduct:
Any form of sexual harassment, assault, or misconduct, including unwanted sexual advances, groping, or non-consensual sexual activity.
Hazing:
Any form of hazing or initiation rituals that involve harassment, humiliation, or physical harm.
